Cranleigh Businesses

You might be forgiven for thinking that Cranleigh is just a village, but it’s actually a large, thriving business community, with over 500 firms in the locality.

I live in The Drive, from where I run Clifford Lane Associates Ltd, and have been an insurance broker for over 30 years, so I  am pleased to be able to bring my experience to local firms. Please try me next time you have a business or personal insurance requirement.

Why Should You Do This ?

Let me give you some very good reasons:

• I aim to save you money, and reckon to achieve this in 90% of cases. If I can’t do this for you, I can’t do business.
• I often manage to combine this with improvements to your cover. Not all policies are the same.
• I offer first class personal service. You won’t have to spend ages on the phone to a remote call centre, as I’m right here at the heart of the local community, and I deal with all enquiries quickly.
• I prefer to meet my clients face to face, rather than rely on a “telephone relationship”. In many cases it may be more convenient for me to visit you, either at home or work, at a time that suits you.
• I don’t work standard office hours – Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Insurance problems can often arise outside these hours, and every client has my landline and mobile phone numbers, so if you have a problem during an evening or weekend, you’re welcome to ring me.
• I work as hard to retain your custom at renewal as I do to win it in the first place, so I don’t send out renewals with large rate increases, without checking the market for alternatives.
• If you’re unfortunate enough to have a claim, I don’t just give you the insurer’s claims number and leave you to it ! I never rely on insurance companies to be fair with my clients, and will usually be closely involved to ensure you get a reasonable settlement.
