We will endeavour to do everything within our powers to ensure that your claim is dealt with fairly and promptly by your insurers. We are happy to attend meetings with loss adjusters if you would like, and in some cases will recommend the services of a loss assessor, who acts on your behalf in the same way an adjuster acts for the insurer.
